Introduction Chocolate is a type of food that mostly the whole world is in love with. But chocolate first starts off as a source of food in a tree. They are taken down by farmers and is roasted into either a form of a paste which people can use to make chocolate dip or solid block that are mostly found in supermarkets. After they are roasted they are sweetened to make the taste affectionately. According to what Historians believe, they say that in the 1500 a large group of people called the Olmecs first discovered that the cocoa fruit was edible but much wasn’t eaten by them. They were mostly eaten by rats. They soon realized the tree produced a fruit with multiple flavours andand was used by everyone..
